Also I'm not trying to have a battle of intellects, just researching and asking for advice from this great community
 
Flood and drain is particularly suited to large scale. Using a top feed system is much more prone to have issues and is more labor intensive.
 
From experience I would break that space down into at least two flowering rooms. This will not only make things easier to manage come harvest time, having a steady flow of work for your trim crew is better than having it all in one big load.

Can you please elaborate further? We already have 40ft infinty trays on order, 5 trays(4x40) per flower room, and 9 4x16 trays for the veg room, how would i be able to seperate the zones and deliver different nutrient solutions to each? Im trying to run multiple cultivars all probaly needing slightly different nutrient ratios/ec's

Personally I would just put your multiple cultivars in their own trays. Or even split a tray between two similar plants. You should already know how to grow the specific genetics you are running if you are trying to scale this large. I wouldn’t be trying to grow mystery plants.

OK I've never done a grow that big but if I was going to I would want to keep everything as simple as possible in the initial stages. F+D is just that. You don't have any problems with distributing the solution if you use multiple connections. It's super easy to clean afterwards, there are no moving parts, nothing to get blocked. Simple. Leaving you to focus on everything else.. which will be a considerable amount.

100% don't mix strains on a single table, that's just going to end in problems. I also second staggering the tables so it is a perpetual harvest, but I would assume that's your plan anyway.

will the grow be staffed 24/7? I would use separate rez for each strain, and keep a single strain per tray, and flood and drain as per required.

I was already designing and building a custom 6 spectrum tunable led when i was asked to design and run the grow, the other investors want more plug and play and I like the tuning capabilities that scyence offers. My buddy is running the raging kales for veg and the raging kushs for his flower, They offer many light recipes and will allow me to control the plant through various stages. set transitions from veg to bloom to flower, Emmerson effect and they can literally match almost any other lights spectrum. I'd say they're only lacking in no UVB

Yes we plan on stagering the rooms, and planning on spliting each room into 5 zones for fertigation/ so i can run 5 different strains, 90 plants per table(4x40) all on their own res/ pump

Thanks man would you believe that was my first time making furniture? No lie lol,... and yes i was thinking 5 res per room
