Quick update...

Plant has stalled a bit in the last few days , still drinking like a mofo , i got my new gavita 600w enhanced bulb in the mail yesterday, god i froth over hydro packages

Yeah the plant isnt doing much really , no pistils have really emerhed from there ladyparts , guess thats because of the 20 hours a day worth of light i give her , and i also read somehere that some plants/genetics pistils dont emerge in veg , makes me a tad nervous but the cut i have is solid , so im just going to focus on othet things ,

Still havent strung up my scrog yet , had to cut it down to size a bit to fit the tent , i guess i didnt factor in the extra length the 90 degree corners add to the design

Not a v stinky plant either , blows me away wirh a stemrub , but in the room is only a faint smell ,

Todays mission is get the missus to help me tie up my scrog and fit it , and try and see at my dro store how much stretch im expected to get with this strain / cut

Will be swapping out bulbs and flipping to flower in just a few days

Probably sunday , or saturday , but i may just get itchy tonight .-)

Good work on the gavita hey, they are good lights and should help you get a good yield!!
Wont take long for the pistils to show, I usually expect 2 weeks if they havent shown preflowers in veg.

Update :

Took some cuttings and gave her a little haircut, was pretty shocked to see 12 good lil cuts off the tops , i came back in 12 hours later and it looked asif we never did anything to the canopy.

Its looking great in there , my phone pics dont do her any justice

Today is the 29th , so that means exactly 30 days veg .

Also today i and the missus , pulled our finger out and drilled , tied up and secured the net into place , this scrog come up a beauty and im really proud of myself because of how straight and true it all ended up!

So i instantly got super antsy to get the net i to her home over this girl , and it fit!!! Just like a glove

I cant fucking believe how good this is looking at this point , and were not even up to the fun part yet



Okay so now all that hard stuffs been done , im swapping out my bulbs and the new gavita is going in , and when the lights go out tonight , the timers going to 12/12

But i can tell that room is going to be gone in a matter of a few days

Thats why im about to ask you weather or not i should give her some more veg time on mine , the pics i updated today , my nets only 50% full but the larger tops / mains i been training are not up into the net , should i let them catch up to the top net before i flip , and also i realise i have a fair few tops to manage and train in the middle ?

Like should i just tuck the smaller tops in the middle of the canopy around a bit until the ones at the front of the scrog grow up into the second net and make her more uniform or just flip her now and let the stretch fill it and start tucking everything in a day or so ?

Like i rekon shes plenty big enough to flip but im just being anal about getting the canopy flat and even , basicly im wondering if i should flip now or give it a day or two for the very outer tips of the plant to catch as there a bit bent down in comparison to the middle of the canopy , because of the lst iv been doing and training everything straight out to maximise distance covered per day to fill the m2 quicker

Yeah man, that 2014 grow definitely filled out, I was expecting it to stretch and filled the room pretty quick.

Og's are pretty stretchy and critical is another version of super skunk which is mainly indica, I'd hazard a guess and say it will stretch maybe 2-3x what it is now. Just keep tucking the bigger tops out towards the edge of the scrog net and flower when you have 2 squares left on the sides. Let the new tops stretch up a bit before you start tucking them around into new squares.

Things are forming up real nice like , almosy all tops have made there way through the net so im flipping tonight . Regardless of what i end up with , im assuming its going to eat up the remainder of the scrog real quick , and im getting a bit impatient , its looking like all 12 of the cuts are going to root fine , amazed they all made it , but lets not count our chickens before theyve hatched.
