no felony convictions on your RI background, a lease showing your address, a patient willing to sign you on.
Dont need a lease or anything to get the card. Also, most patients will have you pay the 75 to be there caregiver. I also asked if adress listed on app had to be where the grow is and they said they cannot interpret the law so your call if you wanna put the address where your grow will be on the app. Going to take someone to get arrested before they set those things in stone.

You don't need a lease they just need a proof of whether your Rhode Island resident. A copy of your Rhode Island drivers license is sufficient or a Rhode Island ID card. My license is different than my address that I have registered with them and it was fine.

No FELONY DRUG convictions,any other felon can be a caregiver...lol..AND Usually the caregiver pays the $75 fee.

Also recent amendments made it to where caregivers must be on the lease of the location they will grow etc.
Can you post new amendments?

i'm not sure its an amendment, but the rules set by the DOH.
