5x5 tent setup

Hi guys
I’m setting up 5x5 tent with 7 gallon smart pots. I have lighting covered with 2 2500w phlizon cree cob LEDs. My question is how many plants would be optimal to put there and if anyone has experience with similar setup what is the adequate yield I should be expecting from this grow?

Anywhere from 1 pound to 2.5 depending upon growing style, strain, growers experience.

When you have the cash ditch the Chinese knock offs and get a decent LED. Not saying that your lights can't grow weed but any company that tells you it's a 2500 watt light are a bunch of dicks.

Number of plants is up to you. Check out SOG or SCOG and take your pick.

Yea im not that new to think its actual 2500w.. actual wattage is 440 approx. i popped seeds 2 days ago and have it on 12 cycle on LED bulbs only.. so far so good plants are looking healthy.. but to be clear what u mean by decent LEDs? I mean i dont wanna go with blurp led-s i prefer mixed with CREE COB’s

Didn't think you did mate. But the company is clearly trying to deceive their customers by giving it that name. That points to the fact that they don't gaf about their customers and they probably use the cheapest parts they can get and their product warranties are worth shit.

if it's available on eBay or Amazon only don't buy it. If the warranty is less than 3 years don't buy it. anything else is fine.

5x5 I would do a scrog with 5 plants laid out like you see on dice. Everything bang on you should pull 2 lbs.

As for lights well I’m a timber fan. If you are in the 800-1000 true watts you should be alright.

How many plants? Depends on the method. If SOG I’ve run 16 in a 4’X4’. Scrog now I have 9. It depends on how you do it. There’s more than one way to chop a pound

Thanks mate,

i popped 9 seeds i wasnt expecting all of them to pop but now i got a nice problem to have.. i think im gonna put all of them and go with LST+scrog as i can skip 2-3 weeks of veg and switch to flower earlier than normal

the actual wattage is 880 but part of that is used for coolers..
