5x5x7 room help

If heat won't be an issue that's an easy, inexpensive way to upgrade your grow. They're not selling you 2 lights ... looks like a fixture with 2 bulbs. If you get the 600w and hang 4 of the leds around it you should have a good, inexpensive lighting solution
Just a suggestion ... based on the photo is looks like you have some sort of foil reflector on the walls. Either pull the foil and paint the walls a flat bright white (I think Benjamin Moore has the best one) of get some diamond foil ... like what they line grow tents with.

If your lighting is going to make you spend an additional $300-$400 for A/C, then it's not a bargain. for a 5x5 you may want to consider a ducted 1000w hps or an led solution ... but those can both run into more than you want to spend
