6-8-15 for flowering

is 6-8-15 fertilizer okay for flowering period ? I have to buy a new bloom fertilizer and in my country the famous brands for cannabis plants are not available so the closer to the famous brands on npk is this.

i went today at the store and the guy who work there gave me a fertilizer called Agri Fos 600 which is 0-33-28. Is it okay for my plants to use this ?
