6 Colas from 1 Topping :D

Heyy guys I just wanted to make sure my eyes haven't decieved me. I have three plants over a month old and I decided to top my biggest plant 2 nodes down from the top, which i did two weeks ago. they are in flowering and I've come to have a sneak peak during my babies night time and I got really excited to see 6 leaves sprouting at the tops, is it actually possible to get 6 colas from one topping? or could it just be 4 colas and a bit of regrowth? Sorry for the lack of pictures but this is a bedroom operation my parents don't yet know about... till it starts smelling dank. I'll post pics when I'm home alone one day.:mrgreen:

Hell yea man, that's just a 4 week veg from seed example. nice and squat with 7 tops. I cut right at the very top of the newest growth.

Proper pruning and removal during veg combined with topping somewhere from 7 to the 10th day before flower can and does produce anywhere from 4 to 12 tops, I personallt wouldn't call them cola's but some do. Getting that even canopy in the end is the result of good technique...Good Luck

I have fimmed another rapidly growing plant and I can see it's getting bushier rather than taller now, so i know i've done that one properly. and i topped one of my other ones and cleaned off 2 nodes because I wanted to keep her short but have 2-4 colas and just saw 4 leaves growing on the new top node but a few days passed now and I've noticed two extras ontop? I just wanted some clarification. Not counselling.

I know of the risks and I'm aware of your concerns which is muchly appreciative. but it's a complicated situation of one parent fully aware but can see the positive side of cannabis then there's the alpha male/ Enforced rules, can't scratch my own nuts without approval.

Maybe when you FIMed [FIM=Fukk I Missed] you just missed, and now have three tops, and the 6 leaves [3 pairs on each side of branch] show it to be so...
Topping.... FIMing....
Growing with the parents....
Which ever is the parent you relate to most....
Bring into your grow and tell him/her...
Everything you do... will be lost, out the window, unless you are honest...
Be honest, your parents are not idiots...
And you might be surprised, that you have a token mom/dad...

I can see new growth from the first to the 5th node from where i've fimmed so she could be a bushy one and as for the one i topped i did top by the book cause only the top of the plant has new leaf growth.

When I was a teenager I was growing a plant in a garbage can full of dirt that happened to be in our back yard. I used to throw cigarette butts and seeds and shit in it. One sprouted and I was trying to grow it.

My dad saw it in the backyard once it got like 2 or 3 feet tall, and I started to get all scared and shit... but he just laughed and thought it was neat. He let me keep it, and once it flowered enough to like... grow a bowl... I chopped that shit and smoked it wet haha

I grew at home when I was 12, but I tried to hide them where there was no sun and thought the more fertiliser I gave them the better they would grow. They grew to about 8 inches and then sort of shrivelled up and died.

but i get what you mean by the top possibly being a fim, i guess ill find out later down the track.
as for parentals, my mum is super understanding and partakes with me at times when it comes to chopping up. i didnt explain fully on the thread because i didnt think it would cause a hastle but yeah mum knows all about it and has her regular sneak peaks to check out the progress where as my ole man isn't so tolerant. i didn't wan't this to be a counseling sesh but he is quite the abusive type mentally and physically so it doesn't matter what I do I'm in shit with everything anyways. and to be honest it is a sneaky but solid setup in a cabinet that I have told him is for my girlfriends clothes so he respects that and doesn't go through her belongings. she recently moved in.

I'm an apprenticeship away from renting my own place but jobs aren't easy to find and i'm trying to complete my year 12 and get that all clear certificate. it makes all the difference in a job interview by showing inneciative
