6 Day old crop(Update). PLEASE LEAVE THOUGHTS AND SUGGESTIONS

I have been growing a Banana Kush strain plant for 6 days. 12880 lumens, 810 watts. The first picture(yesterday) is my plant with a more brown, unhealthy stem. After getting some good suggestions, I switched up a few things and let it grow for a day. Here's the difference: the plant has a much more green stem. Is this good? Also, the plant doesn't seem to be growing :( I plan on getting new soil today, and a 1 gallon pot. I'm going to replant this crop because there have been negative reports for my soil, and for the cup. Please leave suggestions, and someone tell me ;Is this a healthy plant for 6 days?

Give it a few weeks. Its pretty small to be transplanting so soon it would probably be fine if you did. But why put even a little unneeded stress on the little plant when its just starting to establish roots. Next time start it in a bigger pot if you want. I start mine in no smaller the a half gallon pot most times mine go in 1gal pots. Mine dont get transplanted again till they go into their final 7gal pots.

hey not sure if its been mentioned to you but it looks like
there is some stretching (meaning the lights are too far)

also change in color means a shift. the area affected is
either recieving too much or not enough of something (tempurature/stress/nutrients/light).
this would stop it from growing and the plant would die if nothing was changed

oh and also if im correct, new growth should be bright green and old growth dark green.
anything else is bad unless its caused on purpose (trimming, lst, temp drop, etc) because of a shift
