and they grew like 4"...

Got 9 23w cfls on them right now, getting a 150 w hps hopefully tomorrow
small fan blowing on them
MG bloom booster 10-52-10 and Super Bloom 12-55-6
Fox Farm with worm castings and bat guano
Also used some plant hormone growth. Used it twice. Both times they grew 2-3 extra leaves and nodes

Pretty sure ones a GDP, the other is trainwreck, both from some sack I got a while back.

This is the GDP

This is the Trainwreck

Have you just recently transferred them into bigger pots?

Slow growth is usually a result of 2 things when growing in soil: root lock (if the roots don't have any more room left to stretch) or low temps. Did I nail it or do we need extra investigations?

PS: could you tell me how many internodes your plants have?

I just transplanted them a week ago. They have grown, quite a bit. Its day 7 now and they grew from 10" a week ago to 19" today. I just figured the growth would be a little slower.

One plant has I beelieve 5 inter nodes, the other has about 16-18

Well, judging by the growth spurt your plants had after repotting, I'd say they did suffer from root lock. They're gonna make up for lost time now and stretch a bit.

The one with 16-18 internodes (wow! must be an indica) it's high time to flower, the one with 5 could have gone with a bit more vegging.

It's best to induce flowering when you already have 6-8 internodes or your plant has reached 10-12 inches when you're growing outdoors. So I'd expect the one with 16-18 internodes to really reach up and touch the skies in another 1 week.

the one with less inter nodes vegged longer than the other one. I think its just its strain. The one with 6 inter nodes had the two bottom branches break off into V's and turn into two nodes on each branch. So it has 4 more at the bottom, just figured they would make more popcorn nugs. The one with 18 is 12 days younger, but it matured quicker. Its a sativa dominant. We got the seed off of a clone we had, no idea its name but it was mainly sativa, big body high.

I dont think they suffered from any root lock or anything. I transplanted them every 2-3 weeks into bigger pots, gave right nutrients and everything. Plus both of them had that growth spurt.

I think they stretched a bit cause my friend fucked up on the lighting the first 3 days of flowering (still kinda upset at him for that but oh well).

Dude fuck it, looks like a decent plant usualy the first 2 weeks of flowering your plant stretches like crazy i know mine did flowered at 12" and that hoe finished at 29" Most of that was in that first 2 weeks of flowering, your plant is searching for that light when you switch to 12/12 it was used to getting 24/24 or 18/6 so when you susddenly take that light away, ur plants like WTF?? LoL I am baked but nice looking plant do you know if its a girl yet or not?

Wow, baked and still to the point. vantheman169 is right, as long as your plants are healthy and looking nice and green, you shouldn't worry.

You did not mention anything about your friend screwing up the lighting. There's your problem. Again, don't worry, everything will balance out by itself. Your plants won't hit the ceiling. Looking at your pictures,
i'd say that they won't get any taller then 1,4-1,5m. That would be a very rough estimate. Keep us updated.

PS: Don't repot you plants so often. Repoting is a mild shock for your plant. It will stun growth for 1-2 days til those roots start stretching again.

Well, I give them some transplanting B vitamin stuff when I transplant them, and they usually got a growth spurt after I transplanted them.

I figured the lighting would have fucked them a bit, but... hopefully not too bad. We got a timer now!
