all I'd suggest is adding some more white spectrum light for veg. The colour you are using is more for mature plants. If you are looking to add good a value light....there's lots of BS LED lights out there...get an inexpensive quantum board...mars hydro ts series, spiderfarmer, HLG. there is higher end, but these are very good. I've been growing for a decade and I'm happy with the mars TS series (light is like real sun spectrum and powerful, not "blurple") your light is fine, and will really help with flowering.
