6 foot female plants. Can I make them flower now?

Hi Guys!
I would love help on helping my plants flower early. I live in CA and have my MM card, and can legally grow up to 6 plants. My problem is the landlord, and I have three female plants that are over 6 feet tall, that I would like to get to flower now. I'm worried that if I wait until October to harvest, they will be 20 feet tall. Any advice is much appreciated....
 
You'd probably get a pretty decent yield from 3, 6 foot female plants! I am sure you could go with the flowering, seeing as they will grow more during this period.

Cover them with something light proof for 12 hours a day. You're going to have huge plants anyway though. I bet at least ten footers.

Post some pictures I love to see huge girls (plants).
 
go make a tent with black plastic and pvc 20 bucks will get you there set watch for 6pm be there to toss in at 6pm at 9pm bring them out repeat for 8 weeks/
