issue 1._Top part of the plant is burnt. should i cut it off? leave it?

issue 2._I got another plant which appears completely healthy but seems really dry(by feel) to the point one of the stems snapped off.
does that mean i can pretty much cut it down or do i let it keep goin?

hi Mjselect.

from what i have read. when a plant is in late in bloom/flower 6 week's as your plant is. i would not advise cutting any thing off as it will not have the time to recover . unless it is more than 50% damage

also from what i have read . if your plants feel dry the plant need's more humidity or maybe less heat.

a run down on what your growing/lights/heat/humidity will help people help you. and pic's can also help alot so people can help.

indoor soil grow, happy frog soil to be exact running a 400watt hps i got 8plants in a 4x2x5 tent small size pots (3gallon) and Im giving them water twice a day, guana 3 times a week. 12/12 flowering cycle. flowering time is suppose to be 8weeks 65-70days
I dont have ducting or a fan in my tent due to the fact that it never reaches over 82 degrees F. and I got a oscillating fan in there already. if humidity might be my problem what can i do to help it out?

for issue 1-IMG_20120416_123745.jpg so I should leave this plant be?

for issue 2-IMG_20120416_123754.jpg it looks healthy in my eyes but like I was saying it just feels dry like crisp almost.

sorry to bombard the questions but im just concerned. rather do it right then wrong.

you need fresh air getting pulled through out the tent at all times. C02 which the plant needs. you will always have problems if you do not extract . the plant is very dry. see how the leafs are curled up on them self's. that them trying to protect them self from heat. and with you saying they feel dry this is a sign they are low humidity also.

you can buy a temp/humidity reader for a few $ on ebay. it will help you alot.

some bolws or water and light water spary the leaf's just before lights out. not loads but some.

hope that helps some

If you want humidity put a bucket of water inthere with a towel 1/2 in and 1/2 out.
