6 weeks into flowering

Hey

this is my very first growing, i don't have much experience jet and i would like to ask
you guys what you think of my little girl
she's vegged 9 and is now in her 6th week of flowering.
This is a Whote russian, i'ts supposed t be ready after 8-9 weeks of flowering.
do you guys this she 'll be ready in 3 weeks? cuz the buds look al little small
also, what do you think the dry yield will be?

What type of lights, and medium are you using?
They look like they are almost done and id say they are small because of the lights but the main cola looks super frosty so that damn good.

Agree. ^^ Not enough light to give them real beef.... but obviously enough to get them to show their potency, so well done. Difficult to tell when they'll be ready because they look to be maturing a bit early compared to the development of the budsites. I tend to wait until new hairs have stopped growing before thinking about harvest, so look for new growth, foxtails etc..if there are none, then it might be nearly ready.

i am using 1 of these super grow LED's http://www.supergrowled.com/ and 2 CFLs each 65w 2700k color and 3000 lumen.
i have bought a 3rd for my next grow

i also noticed today, (about 3 weeks later) these this were poping up under the buds. are these male sacks?
if so, will this get seeds in my weed?

That looks like a swollen calyx to me. An easy way to check is to see if it has trichomes on it... balls won't have trichs and will look smooth.

Lookin good though, still needs a little more time IMO. The lack of light for a plant that size will probably make the flowering time a little longer. Plus, it's clearly sativa heavy which IME take longer than a lot of the "fast finishing" sativa strains say they will. I'd say another 2 weeks.

flush your toilet after each use. flushing a plants soil does nothing for the plant but wash away valuable nutrients. flushing is a gimic for newbs. no science behind it. plants make their own food with the available nutrients and starving your plant of its food source is just dumb.

Buds definitely swell up most the last 2 weeks. You can flush if you want but you don't have to. Personally, I flush with Clearex once or twice with 5+ Gal of water. Then another 1 or 2 times with just plain water. I don't go overboard and flush for 2 weeks like some people do but I do flush for about a week just to rid the medium of salts and nutrients. A week without nutes won't starve your plant
