After a couple failed grow attempts I'm putting my heart and soul into this next project. My hours have been cut at my job and I'm on thin ice with my current room mate. He gave me until June 5th to find a new place, sucks I know. However, I refuse to be homeless under a bridge, if anything I'll be "homeless" while I tend to my crops. Also, my best friend is coming home from the military this October so I only have to kill a few months until me and him get a place together. It just so happens that this time frame I would need housing also perfectly coincides with the guerilla grow season. So I figure I'll put my time and effort into the grow rather than dollar down $400/mo for an apartment.
This is gonna have to be a balls to the wall mission. I'll be camping out virtually all summer on a rotating basis around the plots. I'll change the campsites and the stores I frequent to help avoid arousing suspicion. In the downtime between trips I'll try to have some fun.
One of my buddies is gonna let me use his place to germinate some seeds and get some clones ready. I won't have time to scout out the plots before I have to plant. Most likely I'll have to take one or two clones on my trip up north. Once in position these clones will be the mother's to produce more clones. The part that concerns me is keeping the clones alive on the trip up there and then cloning successively.
I am leaning towards white widow as that seems to be able to finish in time in the location I'm going to use. I also have some Trainwreck seeds and am trying to determine whether those would finish in time.
For transportation I'll be using my truck, a canoe, and mountain bikes. With a canoe I'll be able to haul equipment and supplies in silently and in more remote spots. For watering I had an idea for a buoy system with 2 liter plastic bottles for floats on a wooden frame. The grow bag will be supported by the frame and a cotton rope will draw in water via capillary action. My ultimate goal is between 60-100 plants. Its gonna be tough but these are tough times.
So let me know if you think I'm totally crazy or if you think it could work and any advice would be appreciated.
