No.
Autoflowers can be run as if they were in veg, that is up to 24/0, all the way through harvest though, when asked about running cannabsi 24/0 in veg, Dr Bruce Bugbee says "I'd give them a little rest". Cannabis does not require "a dark period" to do its "dark cycle" processing (which is why "dark cycle processing" is such a bad term) but there is, perhaps, a rationale to not run then 24/0. I'm not aware of any research on the topic.
I've grown autos using 24/0 in veg and then 20/4 or 21/3 depending on what DLI I want them to have. I've run my autos with 60 to 80mols and they eat it up.
Autos handle about a much light as a photo. I've run my autos at >=1000µmol but get photos a little higher.
There is an almost linear relationship between light levels and yield so, the more light you give your plants, the greater your yield will be (up to the light saturation point of your plants). Cannabis is a light whore loves light so feed your plants well.
