6000k Good For Veg?

I was at Menards today and found some CFL's on sale. They are 100 watt equivalent 23 watt CFL's. They are 1500 Lumens, 6000k. I have read on here that 6500k is what you are looking for for veg and just wondered if 6000 was close enough. They were 7 bucks for 3 so I bought 6.

They will work.... but I'd really recommend that you get the 6500k.

yo you can find high watts at wal-marts like the 45 to 60 watts are real nice and only a dollar or two more
