I also in hs built 3 houses my freshman,sophmore, and junior year.

Yep built my grandparents main home and their rental property. Did wood shop all 4 years in high school. Worked for my best friend from elementary school dad that had a construction company. Did many add on a so fourth. I'm one of those Jack's of all trades. Went to school in 09 at Le Cordon Bleu to be a chef. Of Course I'm not working as a cook now but thats cool glad I did it.

Just basically seasoning is all it is. Also marinating the meat will help. When I marinade chicken I chop Serrano peppers, add chopped cilantro, sliced onions, chopped garlic, canola oil & pollo seasoning from the Mexican market.
