62 days flowering, how much longer?!

The strain is master kush x grand daddy purp. 62 days since I flipped to 12/12 and I'm just not seeing very much bud. The red hairs are about 15-20% brown, I'm wondering how much longer/ when I'm going to see this swell. Here's some pictures, sorry for the crappy quality, my digital camera sucks.
I'm using fox farm nutrients and a 1000 watt light. Stable temps and humidity. I don't get it. I feel like there should be way more bud for being 9 weeks in.

Kush is a sativa and will take longer to flower. They seem very stretched. What light are you using ? I would just let them keep going until they fattn a little. Sativas don't tend to be as thicker bud wise as an Indica would.

You will have to wait a few more weeks i recon

Here are some better pictures, the light just clicked off so I had better lighting.

So what is up with these? Just doesn't seem normal for them to be this far along and such minuscule bud production.

You are probably looking at 80 to 90 days worth of flowering time for Sativa. They should put on a burst of growth towards the end. When I used to grow Mex, it would look spindly all the way to the last few weeks and then the buds would fatten quite a bit (but not nearly as much as Indica!).

Agreed.

You are very far from close.

You should also start your 'days to harvest'
count, from the day that your plant starts to
show sex, or budding. Don't count from the
day that you switched the lighting.

It's all about what the plant does, not what
environmental changes that happen.

They look nice and healthy!
Keep them going and they will reward you.

Good luck.

nine33 they look really healthy and well. Maybe next time grow an indica or indica cross if you want quicker results. I grew a massive indica about 10 years ago now outside in Australia. It took until the middle of winter before i could harvest. It was in a massive black pot and grew over 8 ft tall i thought it would never finish growing let alone flowering but it did and it was well worth the wait. It was the best plant i ever grew for its size of bud and the yeild.

Be paitent and it will happen. You have come this far mate.

Keep the pics coming

I had 20 seeds of this strain, some finished much quicker than these two in particular. These are very sativa dominant, today marks 9 weeks.

I'm using FoxFarm nutrients in soil, following their chart to a T. They showed sex after about a week and a half of 12/12, but then proceeded to grow and stretch. Just recently in the past week or two they stopped stretching finally and started packing on bud. Thank you everyone for the help. I'll keep pictures coming, next set of pics will be a higher quality taken with a different camera.

A friend came over to take a look and said he thinks they might be revegging. I cannot tell as they've been packing on bud, just very slowly. I'll post up new pics in a few days with a much better camera.

Also, about the indica/sativa debate. I received these from a friend who's plants cross bred. I had some of the same seeds that were indeed indica dominant, but they're done. These are by far the most sativa of the bunch, they stretched and stretched up until a couple weeks ago. They were originally about 6 inchs tall in a red party cup.

I guess breeding wise, these would be F1's? Definately not stabilized at all, they're weird plants!
