Got some 65watt cfls, each give out 4200 lumens each. So I have two snow white girls, about a mont hold, they are about a almost 18 inches tall. Going to start flowering, are these two 65 watt cfls good enough for two plants. I also have about 6 other 26 watt cfls, should give me a good output. Is this enough

Not really enough, but it can work. You should have started flowering when your plant was about 6" if your using cfls. What are the color temps of these cfls?

got another question. I let my girls grow about eighteen inches before flowering for some reason, Can I cut the entire top off at the last node and clone it? Then start to flower the plant

Ok for growth stage you need the cool cfl's and for the flower stage get the warm cfl's (they normaly say full daylight on the box), and i would atleast double the lights you have.....

I used 2 of those 65 watt cfls for some some clones just for fun. They were the wrong color I know but they dont grow for shit lol.I prefer a 4 foot 2 tube shop light it out grows the 65 watt cfls 20 to 1
