So we have a nice room (7.5' x 16' growroom + 2.5' x 6' closet) for a blank slate to work with. There are floor vents on either side of the room along with access to the attic in the ceiling. The attic will be used for ventilation, no growing there. We want to grow lots of huge plants, but are limited by power consumption. The room will be for flowering, and closet for clones/mothers.
We are not sure what kind of light setup to use that will maximize this space for the most amount of plants as possible in it. We want to veg for 5 weeks at least to get our plants large, and are going to use 5 gallon containers. We also arent sure of our grow medium yet, should we use foxfarm soil or are the clay pellets better?
We are thinking either 2 x 1000 watt and 2 x 600 watt, or 5 x 600 watt. Either way we are putting a 400watt MH in the closet for the mothers/clones, input is appreciated, steezy
