Thought I would post an update on my first grow.

13 bag seeds, 2 thus far are female - full nutes excpt bloom nutes.

5 autos that are but a 10 days along, but alive and happy. No nutes yes for these.

20/4 light cycle on all of them so far.

jardindr120t

2 4' 8 bulb t5's 6500k and 3000k, now mixing the bulbs around, grow and bloom; until someone starts screaming at me.

Growing in Coco with Rice Hulls.

David's Grow Simply path full line plus cal\mag+ and root roids.

I feed and water every three days on the ones in 1 gal pots, that's what they appear to like, pots dry out but not totally dry, I let 20 - 30% run off and have done this from day one, no real reason just seems to work out that way.

As I move the plants over to the big tent they will go into 3gal smartpots, I only have room for 6 tops I would think, I am vegging until they show me what they are, so I hope. I have topped \ tried to FIM now 3 times and they are tied down. I am trying to be aggressive on keeping them shrubs, growing under T5's I do not believe it will do me any good to let them grow 4' tall. Thats coco? It looks like mulch.

What are you pH'ing your water to?
Feed strength in ec/ppm?

no defs here bub. mag def doesn't present as green veins. check my notes you'll see. stuff looks good. no issues. I like your LST. just keep tieing to keep them low. I'm subbed so I'll check back

I absolutly disagree with dannyboy. Its pretty common knowledge the green veining is a mag def indicator not sure why you would think it is not and say all looks good when there is an obvious nute issue going on????

Fletch, which pic(s) are you referring to when you talk about the green veins? With the exception of 5 (which given the rest, seems more of a shadow/flash thing than a deficiency), I didn't see anything looking like any deficiencies. I'm just curious what you're seeing that I'm missing. If anything, I'd say a bit of N would give'em a darker green, but that also could be a flash issue. Anyway, just curious which pic(s) you mean.

Cheers!

what you are seeing is bleeching of intervein areas. but I guess if the interveined areas of the leaf are bleached then the veins would look green but I didn't see anything like that in op's pix. no nute issues. adjust your glasses.

Thanx all, it is coco with rice hulls, they get feed and waters every 3 days, full strength nutes, cal/mag I add 2 tablespoons per gal, maybe more is needed? I started the cal/mag about 3 weeks ago, the plants were turning purple, when I first noticed this I thought maybe I was just a growing god, and then I realized things may not be perfect.

They are much happier now, again is more cal/mag needed?

Do I feed and water more, what I've noticed is the pits are thirsty at day 3, so I act accordingly.

The smallest of the girls is my first living attempt at an auto berry 1 month old, I have 3 others going that are not worth taking pics of, I think they got nute burned bad while I was on vacation and had a friend assisting with the grow.

Pic 2 and 3 are about 10 weeks of veg, 1 week into flower, the others are girls as well, just moved into the flower tent.

I have 4 others in the veg tent, about 10 weeks or so in, they will stay there until they sex.

I started 5 more auto's today, hopefully I have learned my lessons, no food for at least 3 weeks, that does mean no food by the why.

December 20th two went into the flower tent, a week later 3 more moved over. Also some pics on the clones, haven't had much luck with them but I keep trying.

I ha 2 more girls I veg still, 2weeks in, topped up an tied down, I have 6 autos going in the veg tent as well, 1 is 8 weeks in and doing great, I just started 5 more a week ago, doing well. I have a northern lights fem cooking along, she was femmed about 2 weeks ago, new growth I well underway now.

What a learning curve this has been, now that the first harvest is about 2 months tops, I excited to smoke my own grow.
