Looking good. Very sativa looking plant, bet it will take a few weeks ( 10 or more ) to finish. Details like soil, nutes, dimensions would be awesome.
May you have much bud. :peace:

We dont know the soil..we were gifted these with very little info. We have been feeding them bontanic blend pure bloom? I think gotta look again at the bottom. they are in a 5 gallon tub..wick system. yea dont laugh Im a total newb..but making it work! When do I stop feeding them the bloom food?

Common practice is to flush (water only) one to two weeks before you plan to harvest. However, people will also say that you need to add carbs, or that it's not necessary at all. You may just want to keep it simple, I doubt you will notice anything either way you do it.

I would stop feeding them now. flush, then start giving them molasses everyother watering.

i like to keep 8 week strains 10 weeks.. and 10-12 week strains, 12-14 weeks....
You have a 2 week window open for harvest... where the plant will virtually sit still and not change much at all.. The trichomes will just be turning more and more amber.. but the tastiest buds are always the ones kept loooong and harvested Very ripe.. rather than just ripe....

I wouldnt stop feeding yet at all..;keep it coming and when you think they are starting to look like they are getting ready but Really ready ... then start the flush and set yourself to harvest 14 days from then....

The molasses will take the place of your nutrients and will ensure your smoke is sweet and smooth and not harsh. From experience I have found it is best to quit feeding a little early and replace with molasses. Also if your soil is organic you'll need to flush 24 hours before harvest.

How much molasses do you feed her? I dont know when to stop feeding the bloom food. Some said I prob have another few weeks of feeding. So hard to tell..but they said the buds still need some plumping.

What do you mean if soil is organic you have to flush 24 hours before harvest? I grow in Happy frog potting soil and I think it's organic. Does this mean I have to do this? And since it is organic do I even add nutes? Because I've added flowering nutes to flowering plants and all the leaves are looking like talons (curling down). Sorry to jack thread but when you start a new one nobody has the answer, lol

You flush because organic soil has nutrients in it.

Sounds like you are over feeding. personally I'll use bloom nutrients for 2 feedings, sometimes 3 during flower period. But I do use FF big bloom every other feeding throughout the whole grow.

I was taugh how to grow by an old school tree hugging granola packing sprout eating bonifide dirty hippy....LoL..So I don't subscribe to the next best chemichal thing.

I hear ya! If you post pics ppl usually reply :) GL!

Organic soil or not, plants need to be flushed for at least 10 days no matter what, that is what will insure you of a tasty and smooth smoke, molasses added to the water during feeding or during flush, will bring your harvest weight up to max 20% more it has a good amount of micro nutrients that arent so big in normal bloom ferts. so basically using mollasses is good, but for it to be effective you dont necessarily need to use it during flush. I use it all the way through my grows until flush where only water is given, which makes perfect sense because ONLY water will allow the weed to have its own varieties clean taste.. Water is what will make your smoke smooth, and yes using mollasses during flush will help but that is because you just stopped feeding normal bloom fert hence the clean tasting weed...

You should check out the other threads about mollasses there are a few good ones...=)

take it easy guys...
and GOooood Growins to all of you...

seen as i use it during pretty much the entire plants life, i only use one tea spoon/liter of water... every watering, but if you wanna use it less often you can very well use 1 tablespoon to the liter.

the only problem with using mollasses is that, its pretty much sugar cane left overs, and it does make the soil more vulnerable to problems such as gnats, root maggots, etc....

if you can keep all that under control feel free to use all the mollasses you want.
just make sure it is unsulfured black strap mol.

take it easy my friend,

happy growin
