Benificial nematodes gets rid of ants if they are in your plants soil. Pincher bugs generally eat rotted plant debris.I want to get rid of these huge black ants that keep popping up and pincher bugs just roaming around. By "pincher bugs", do you mean earwigs? I've never had a problem with them. Ants do farm aphids, but the aphids are the problem, not the ants, themselves, they are easily controlled. I recommend a Azamax soil drench and foliar spray, while in vegetative stage. With 70 plants, you should have researched and planned for all types of problems. Now, look toward bloom and harvest with fungus prevention.I want to get rid of these huge black ants that keep popping up and pincher bugs just roaming around. ^^this^^Diatomaceous earth.
I love the diamatecous earth during veg and use it weekly. I have 3 in flower and since they are outside, want to use neem oil before I flush. I noticed no one recommended neem oil. Is this something I should be avoiding?Diatomaceous earth.
neem oil can leave a strong residual odor....I just googled cinnamon. It is also a rooting hormone. Thanks for the tip! It says it works well for ants. I'm about a week out from harvesting my autos. I did see a couple tiny caterpillars a few days back and I've been going through my buds rather neurotically. (I'm kind of an overkill grower, need to learn a bit more finesse). My garden store sold me Mercenary (rather expensive and I'm all out). But it had a nutmeg/cinnamon smell so this explains alot! I heard you can use Neem Oil during flower phase. Sorry @TopDogFarmz, didnt mean to hijack your post with my own issues! I just wondered why people arent using Neem Oil.
I'm gonna say.....Frank, no wait, Steve and that's my final answer.Good morning. Anybody know what this lads name is?View attachment 4635319

As a side note and food for thought....
When you grow outdoors you will have bugs.... there is no way really around it. I hate seeing growers instantly freak out and spray poison on their plants. Not only does it harm benificial bugs but people should not be smoking plants sprayed with most insecticides.
They are just roaming around the plants are in the soil .... Well in that case I shall let the pincher bugs roam the area. Are they doing something to your plant? They may be beneficial
