Will a 75 watt light be alright for just one or two plants until i put transfer them?

75 watt HPS barely

Use some CFLs, then switch to a 150w hps!

you will need at least 85 watts cfl in order to veg any sort of decent plant.....

but you WILL need more light for flowering if you want anything for your time

I'm flowering two small girls under a 60w hps and 4x14w T5 tubes. I didn't let them get very tall because of the amt, buds look pretty dense but not the biggest. I expect maybe an 25g-30g at the most.
