Well, if you are growing at home it may be a bit tough to explain that kind of power consumption. Generally a business will be located on a different grid designated for commercial or industrial use to accompany higher amounts of power. Who exactly are you trying to justify the power usage to? The electrical company, or law enforcement if you face an investigation? What type of property are you based on? Answering these could help with some further suggestions...

Thats about 13 hp. A machine shop and auto mechanic's shop come to mind. Its hard to justify running 13hp worth of equipment 24 hrs a day w/o actually running it. You could be the first person in town to open an electric car charging station. With that you could justify all the power you could handle. Here is an idea, instead of spending money to create a fake business to hide your power usage, supplement your power usage. Buy a grid tie solar setup or a wind turbine. $80K will buy a solar grid tie system that will provide most, if not all of your power needs.

I allready have the space leased under my name not a business. It is commercial property in a commercial area. I want to put the utilities under a business name not mine and I want the business to jive with electricity usage, so the electric company doesnt get too nosey.
