Yep. Looks like it was downgraded to an 8.7 rather than 8.9. I don't think the people of Indonesia give a shit. They're too busy fleeing a possible tsunami like that last one.

*turns on tv* Thanks carne, im always thinking about the fact you never know whats going to happen. i can remember thinking after lots of natural disasters about how just a few minutes ago i hadnt a clue and it can and does happen, its just a matter of time till the next one. anyday now california could have a earthquake unlike almost anything we've ever experienced and yellowstone hasnt gone off in quite a while either. if yellowstone went off in a megaeruption like its done in the past it could devestate a large section of america.anyway hopefully this one is nothing. i would really hope so and im optimistic that even if it does go real bad alot more people are ready than in more deadly recent tsunami's.

that a huge difference the earthquake scale is logarithmic that would make it half of the original strength . anyway hope they run to high ground in time.

Wow.. two major earthquakes in the same area on the same day. 8.7 and 8.2

Thank God there was no tsunami. :(

by the way, Sumatra is in Indonesia.

I just saw it on the TV it said an 8.5 followed by an 8.2 aftershock...

The first one didn't displace water upwards and the experts aren't worried about it becoming a tsunami...

i didnt want anyone to die really but it would brought some excitement into the world if they got beat up pretty bad. no one had to die for it to be interesting.

Last night I pulled down 4 oz. it took two people almost 3 hours. Sure it could have been faster. But not really. This shit was just way to sticky. It was the most difficult bud I've had to trim yet. Most of the leaves just stick to the scissors, gotta brush it off every couple cuts literally. It's a pain in the ass. Yet I would still never abuse my nugs by using a speed trim machine.
