yrea a 2ft 8bulb and i added a 2ft 4 bulb but the thai haze sayed under the 8 bulb and at the end of flower i was able to only use the 4 bulb with good results,

thanks man, T5's are so underrated, you just got to use them properly and they will treat you right

I was just checking out the Hydrofarm 6 bulb T5. The 8 would be super but unfortunately my tent is just a wee bit too narrow for it. Anyway, apparently they come with 6400k bulbs.. would you suggest upgrading those to 6500k and mixing them up as you have? Sorry for the lame question, I'm a complete noob and this will be my first grow.

hydrofarm comes with 6500k ive never heard 6400k, and i thought my tent wouldn't fit the two units in my tent, but the tent stretched on its sides to fit.

Oh, well maybe I'm looking at the wrong one. I was guessing this http://www.hydrofarm.com/product.php?itemid=10653 was the one you were using just by looking at your pictures. It's 6400k.
