well i checked my bithes today and it seems like there stretching could it be that i left a green light on in the room while light was on....this went on for 2 half darks phase....
8 weeks ...flowering...harvest?

there stretching? thats what they do.. as for your green lite its fine but i would only use it to check on your bitches at niteif u have to , i wouldnt leave the light on. green leds are fine plants only absorb specs of red and blue'ish green is fine because of the pigments of the leave colour or someshit

Plants appear green because they reflect that range of colors. Other usable wavelengths are absorbed, but not green typically.
That's why people use green lights, the plants reflect the light.
