Ok. This thread is 2 days old; "hypothetically" the deadline is now 78 days. this is not a game and i dont appreciate you taking this lightly.

Anyone please help

Dude just grow it for a week then cut it to 12/12. That's all you have time for.
Don't turn it into some major crisis.
Hope you have a lot of drain for that waste basket.

ok great and thank you for giving a clearer answer. And yes only speaking of chopping. drying/curing is not a factor.

chopping up now with the rest of the process would make the whole process take longer then 80 days (78 )

If I had that time contraint, I would let it veg now, and if you have more then 3 nodes then top or fimm it this evening and let it veg for 1 week.
After 1 week give it 1 day of darkness followed by flipping to 12/12 light schedule.
I would try and fim, because this has the potential to produce more buds sites within your time frame. Topping would get you 2, fimming might get you 8.

I found your question confusing "sea og green or 12/12" dosent make sense to me . Bottom line you have about a week an a half from right now to make an 80 day deadline,I would transpant to bigger pot wait about a week then maybe top it again 3 days youll see the new tops ,then throw it under 12/12 and hope its done. You don't have the time to take 4 clones from that plant and flower them in that time frame.No way
