Let me take a whack at the answer to this question. Reflectors - $1100, Bulbs - $800, Air - $2500, Dehumidifier - $250, Fans - $300, CO2 set-up $1000, Pots - $100, PVC and Nets - $300 tons more to add holy smokes never really thought of how quick it adds up lol. $6350 and counting....

we built the rooms from scratch, walls, insulation, dry wall. All parts are brand new 36,000 btu ac, 8bulbs, 8 reflectors (those open reflectors were like 24 bucks each) , 8 digital ballast (flower room) 2 digital ballast for veg room, 2 bulbs, 4 inductions lights @600 bucks each (veg room), 3 dehums, 2 of the biggest carbon filters with 10"fans , HELLA wall mount and box fans, co2 set up for veg room and flower, pots, soil, 21,000 btu ac for veg room, climate controllers for both rooms, rent, electricity, I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things. Oh ya labor and parts for electrician and carpenter.
Come on really does that sounds like 5gs? I think both the ACs added up to almost 5gs. Don't mean to sound like a Dick but 5gs wouldn't even get u close to what we have going, which we built from scratch.

so what's the total bud? roughly? u are set for 16lbs per run by the looks of it. will u run this setup all year round?

ya i can believe its more than 5 gs. it was a ball park estimate brotha. lol how the fuck would i kno.
i ball parked the lights and everything and assumed the room was already there.
but in a rooms set up cost i wouldnt factor in rent and electricity thats a maintenence cost IMO.
either way if its from scratch and you had to buy absolutely everything we see in the picture?
than ya prolly closer to like 12-15K. sweet deal in any case man. so sick. i recently set up
my first tent for like $1200 on about $2k worth of stuff as i was able to buy wholesale.
did you not get some sort of discount for dropping like 5 digits? lol
and so how long did it take ya from day one of contruction until it was "plant Ready"

Took about 2 months to set up because I work 40 hours a week and like I said this is my first indoor grow so I really needed a lot of help with design and set up.
I got the equipment at cost from a hydro store that a really good friend is manager at.
20k (not including rent and electricity) , and ya shooting for 6 harvests a year. If I get 16 each time ill be the happiest man on earth lol!

fucking right on bro wish id had that much room to grow, i would love to know what the electric bill is like 1000 or 1300 a month still going to be worth it without a doubt, just got some jillybean to,been wonder about bluedreams everybody says it has good yields, im getting ready to harvest some snowland and kandykush soon cain wait been out of weed for awhile, well good luck, damn i wish i had that much room, imma go look at ur outdoor grows again hahah holla

@ cost? thats brutal man. shoulda pitched ur idea to a big company.
ur a medically certified grower with sick experience and pictures to prove it.
shoulda got sponsered man coulda got like 50% endorsed. you could prolly
do for soil or nutes or something @ that quantity. you've prolly looked into it.
6 harvests a yr @ 16lbs each would be cray. ud need a 5 person full time trim crew lol.
even a modest 5 harvest @ 10lbs which 100% doable with that set up. your looking
@ a very nice output of medicine my frand.
if you need an apprentice i work from home 40 hrs a week but can maintence while i work haha.

Thanks bro been wondering what you think about it.
Lol I think the sponsorship thing would be cool , but I don't know anyone that would do that for me and I'm not interesting in meeting people I don't already know.
And I should mention I have a 50/50 partner in this who is a really good friend. He's the most like minded grower as me that I've met and we are a perfect team. Between the two of us , in the last 6 months, we have acquired some of the rarest and dankest cuts in the world.
And about the trimming, you would be surprised how fast me, my girlfriend, my brother, and my partner can trim up lbs.
not lookin for any other outside help or apprentices but thanks for the offer.
