92 degrees to hot?????

I have 5 plants that have just germinated and broken through the soil. The are under a 3 CFL system for a few weeks before I move them to the grow room and 1000w HPS. The CFL grow box is 92 degrees is that to hot? Do I need some ventilation or air flow during this stage? Any opinions?

92 degrees is too hot. plant matabilism is stunted at 90. at 96 degrees plant growth stops. you want 75 to 80. ventilation for 85 degrees MAX.
