depends on humidity...

it is a balancing act, but still good practice to keep temperatures well under 85.

Where would you get good price on that ballast and lamp? Also how quiet is the ballast? I am working on making no noise but I need a fan, filter, ballasts, and portable a/c unit. Where to buy, how much to pay and how quiet is what I want to find out. Help if you know... Thanks

i've found that htgsupply.com has pretty good prices. you might want to check with your local grow shop (if available). my digital ballast doesn't make any noise, it's my inline fan and reservoir aerator that make the most noise. no experience with a/c units but i imagine (from the ones i've seen) that they would make more noise than any of your fans, etc. I've attached a few pics of my 1st crop that experienced 90+ temps and high humidity in earlier stages.
You'll be alright, they were meant to experience adversity.
