And you do this every watering?
Could be the issue, nute buoldup in the soil. If your temps are in the 90s like mongofrog said thats a big deal an needs fixed. Your leafs being burned on the emds, and yellowed and turned up makes me say nute burn. Its not lacking nitrogen as you can see from the rest of the plant.

To fix it, first fix the temps, and when it needs water run 3 gallons pure water through it (assuming your using 1 gallon normally.) Then 1 more gallon with 1/2 str nutes. Make sure theres no standing water in your tray ever.
