What strain is it ? I know you see new white pistils but the buds look done in my opinion under the new growth. All of your leaves are yellowed and if you are not flushing the plant then it is telling you that it is done . Get a microscope. They are pretty cheap nowadays and it will tell you if you are done or not. By the looks it is probably just about as done as it can get. But that is my guess by looking at the pics only.

Needs several more weeks minimum..... You cut now and you would be doing yourself a huge injustice to final yield and quality.

So many growers both new and old cut way to soon....

the strain ...lemon Wookiee. The yellowing is due to using only tiger bloom nothing else in flower...

Yellowing concetrated at top. Deeper/lower into the plant looks more green. Could light stress could be an issue too?

I can say that it does look like it could go longer because of the new growth. The bud structure looks done though. A microscope would tell you more. It is a 9 week strain but could go anywhere really. It seems that the new growth is foxtailing or reflowering . I know most say it isn't done and they could be right. Or it is over done and re flowering . I would go with these other guys answer. I don't know 1/2 what they do . Looks good though !! Nice work

The way to know it is not done vs foxtailing is to look at the entire structure. Notice the white hairs coming out of the calyxes down low too. That says the entire bud is swelling, vs foxtailing. It has likely 3 weeks left if I had to guess but at least 2. If you havent seen swell before it is doing it right now.
