A bunch of 60 watt grow lights and distance

I got a bunch of 60 watt grow lights with the clamp on reflector lamps, how far should I keep them from the plants? I’ve been putting them as close as I can get them but I’m thinking maybe if I back them up maybe I can blanket them with more lights? What’s the math on this guys? Closer or back up?

60 watt led grow lights from Walmart. Grow space is small 36x36x63

never seen them. are they really 60W?
