A/C in Sealed Environement

A couple of questions on A/C in sealed environment:

1. Does the A/C exhaust to outside stink? (room has carbon scrubber)
2. Can a small portable A/C 12000BTU bring a 10X13' room down to 65 degrees without any lights?

In flowering you better believe it will stink. Make sure you use the carbon scrubber and youll be fine. It will be fine for keeping the temp down. A guy I know is running a 1,000 watt and has a really small one in the window and it is 68 degrees everyday.
