a/c question

That's what confused me with them. The last kid I spoke to claims to be the owner, and didn't know shit and said there is no way I could have known that the Senville's would be out till mid july. He said that is 100% impossible that anyone told me that. He didn't know that I got off the phone 3 weeks ago and posted on rollitup the whole conversation. He is saying I dialed the number wrong, and talked to a different company and they gave me the wrong info, even though what they said happened. WTF!?
I am gonna see what I can get going today.

Woke up at 3am this morning and something just told me to go check the rooms. Found 94deg and a failed AC in bloom. What a way to wake up. Needless to say I am now in a pinch. God I hate AC units.

Important thing is your plants woke you up and you are one with them. When they love you, they will get you another AC.

you shoud invest in a high heat shut off they will save your crop.. before i had a high heat shut off in my 6000 watt flower room my portable a/c stopped working along with my exhaust fans for my lights ..so the only thing on in the room were 6 1000 watt bulbs i was upstairs for 45 min to an hour and when i went back down i opened the door and got blasted with heat i looked at the thermometer and it said 144 degrees...fried most of my plants luckly i had just watered so that helped them a little but the top buds were all fried up.. lost probably 6-8 LBs that harvest i ended up with about 3 lb of smaller buds but still took a huge hit.. that was a really shitty day.. why i always will recommend a high heat shut off, wont just save your crop but also your house maybe even your life

K homeless. I cut a hole on the left wall of center room. I will just exhaust it into left room and put 6" fan next to 10" and exhaust the rrom there. After those sonya harvest, I will get air to all three rooms. I will update pics in a few hours.

Dude is that hole for that big ass AC from your Garage??? way too much for one room you will freeze your gurls tits off.. That was enough for the lung room. then pull from there. unless you box the exhaust end it will heat up the rest of your basement.

That's it. The exhaust is in the other room. I am gonna roll like that then get a big ass 3 ton, multi-zone mini split for all three rooms. I could put fucking ice cube trays in that bitch now. I don't want that fucker running on high all day. I have it on economy setting and it is having no probelm. I will throw Marty's AC in my veg room.

Lmao, we were taking breaks in the bud room chilling under 4K of lights. I forgot how bad ass that ac was. The room that fucker is exhausting into is a nightmare though. I am exhausting that shit outside, I will see tomorrow. I am hoping that ac will be running on low most the time.

Problem is I bought that bitch for $17. I have the invoice and they emailed me. Obviously they are shitting right now and fixed it. Wonder how long before they contact me. Holy Fuck.

Shipping was free. lol.
The company emailed me and said that at this time they have cancelled my order and Amazon will refund my money if any was taken. Yep, it was taken alright. No explanation, but I can have a nice day. lol. Transactions and deals don't mean shit anymore, that is what life has been trying to teach me over the last week I guess. lol

Called contractor today to price install on 1+ mini-split. Explained what I was thinking, what I was doing, and why I was calling. He said Michigan growers get screwed because outdoor residential units are not designed to cool rooms inside when outside air is below like 50 degrees. It's really fucked up when it is straight up winter outside. He claims running them in winter flat out fucks up outside unit. Of course for about $12k he can hook me up nicely. lol. Can anyone give further thoughts on this?

gladstonded,
on my mini split's they have a "D/C inverter" dno what the D/C means but what it does is makes the a/c beable to run efficiently even if it drops below -5 F outside... i plan to build a shelter around mine for the winter so the snow doesnt pile up and it will also keep it a lil warmer.. (the shelter needs air flow tho so dont cancel that out if you do something like this... hope this helps ya man

Shelter will be easy and a good idea. D/C inverter makes good sense. That is some good michigan info kindfarms and I thank you. I was asking directly about the Mitsubishi units when I was talking to him. Cheaper disposable $1500 units are looking more attractive again. lmao. He did say $88/hr for instal/service. I called one of the better contractors up in Marquette.

Glad we picked up an 18kbtu mini split LG for $1200 and self installed it, if you don't have to shorten your lines they're pretty close to plug and play(as close as something of that nature can get). Unit is in an up stairs garage out of the element.
