A/C temperature fluctuation

So I got my 24,000 Btu mini split up and running (finally), and it is working, but I am still getting a lot of temperature fluctuation in my room, by the reading on my thermometer. The A/C is set for 76 degrees, and the room feels cool, but the high-low reading is anywhere from 60 to 90. This is unacceptable. I am running 4 x 1000 watt lights, air cooled + CO2. The room is air tight. I am just wondering what might account for so much fluctuation in temp. Also, one half of the room seems to be considerably cooler than the other half.

Any help is appreciated. Much thanks in advance.

I wonder about that, and how to fix it, but then, I have a normal fan blowing at the opposite end of the room as the A/C. My in-line fan, however, is blowing from the same end as my A/C, which I guess I might have to switch, because that means that the bulk of the heat is getting pushed to the end of the room farthest from the A/C indoor unit.

Would this help, do you think?

some minis will take temp readings from the remote and also from the top of the wall unit. if so, make sure to program for remote only.

Get a few oclilatin fans put in the corners, to adjust light a cig or a cigar and blow the smoke in dif areas of the room and watch for it to move and adjust the fans when you have a perfect circulation.

I am running the exact same set up except that I just tested mine out without the air-cooled hoods and all that ducting. The mini split is actually running even cooler than before. If your set up is air tight, that 24000 btu should be perfect for that room depending on the size of the room? If all that is in check, the only thing that I can think of is poor circulation that was mentioned earlier. I set my remote on 80 with co2 at 1500ppms and my room still stays at 76 degrees. The mini splits are awesome, make sure yours is running properly and it should do the trick with your set up.
