That's a really simple fix, just the joint wasnt melted all the way when it was affixed. Cook it, kiln it, ship it!
maybe. did you drop it? or did it just explode?
it would have to be clean for me to fix it.

It came off while I was wiping the mouth pc before a hand off. I don't recall dropping it at any time, but I won't claim that I'm always as gentile as I should be.
I'll clean it before I send it off.
