A few questions about dehumidification

Just pluck off that piece of plastic thats blocking the hose. A pair of pliers should do the trick.

Yeah, I had to send mine in for another issue, the factory tech, checked the sensor too and found it out of calibration.
Ever since mine came back, it and the RH meter a few feet away track each other real close.
