A few questions about Dwarf/auto flowering setup, nutes etc

Hi, iv been doing a little research but cant find too much out about dwarfs. im planning on setting 1 up pretty soon, i have PC fans all sorted but i need 2 know a few other things..:
1. what size cabinet should i try & buy to fit around 4 dwarfs in (need height width etc)

3. what nutrients do dwarfs have? iv read a bit about advanced nutes but cant find any info on how much they need a day or exactly what nutes to buy.

& any reccommentations on where to buy the seeds for best price, here in the UK theres a shop called smokin vinyl tht sells seeds i might go there to save hastle but their seeds are £50 for 10 i think or mabey 5 not sure, & cant remember the strain. im hoping to pay less than 50 for seeds

anyway i read thanks to the "similar threads" that using 1/4 of nutes is how to go about feeding dwarfs, by 1/4 of nutes dows that mean a quater of the dose written on the bottle?
Also another question, when ive got the grow box built with whatever CFL, to germinate the seeds could i just leave it in a shot glass of water inside the box? & do dwarfs need to be repotted?

you need a bare minimum of 100w if you are gonna use CFLs, but more is better. they are very big though, so consider space and heat.
Dont worry too much about nutes yet. Get them when she starts to flower.
I grow EasyRyders myself. check out my grow journal for a start to finish of a first time EZryder grow.
It can be really easy, or really frustrating as i can say from experience.
Dont expect it to grow much more than a foot tall.

Well iv got myself a cabinet, painted the inside flat white.
heres what i got so far, & how i plan to use the 2 cpu fans, does it look like il get away with using those 2 in a cab that size?

& what cfl would be best, 250 watts are expensive but if their the best to use they seem easier
