Formula 1 Auto strain (Ruderalis) from Dr Ray Seeds, 6 - 7 weeks expected flowering from seed : Growing OUTDOORS in the United Kingdom.

WEEK Zero - Planted in a regular pot at 0.4 Cm seedling height.

WEEK One - 4 Cm. (Seedling has 2 true leaves. I buried over stretched stem by 2.5 Cm) New Height: 1.5 Cm.

WEEK Two - 1.6 Cm. (Plant has just begun to develop another set of leaves)

WEEK Three - 1.7 Cm. (Transplanted to a big pot last week. The 2 new leaves have grown a bit, they're tiny. Plant overall looks like a seedling)

What am I doing wrong? Plant made a millimeter progress since last week and the week before did the same. The four leaves look healthy, not floppy, normal green colour but growing soooooo slowly. Any ideas?

Do you not think i's a bit late to be putting a plant out seeing as it's nearly August?
I planted in late June and was told it was ok by a different user on a different site because of the strains quick flowering. Not working for me so far considering the plant is so small.

Yeh not trying to be rude, I've never done auto or outdoor tbh, not had much sun where I am this year either

What's a regular pot? How big?
I started off in a 13 Cm diameter pot, 12 Cm deep. By week 2 I transplanted the plant to a permanent pot, 40 Cm diameter, 30 Cm deep. When I transplated I noticed white roots had made it all the way to the bottom of the old pot, so I reckoned I transplanted it at a good time. Is this strain just producing roots first? I have no clue.

Don't really know.....pot seems small, but when you up potted you may have damaged some roots.......photos don't usually mind much but autos are usually a little more tender.

I don't think I damaged the roots. As an avid gardener myself, I'm accustomed to taking extreme care when moving plants between pots. However, with cannabis being completely new grounds for me, different plant species/family and all, I have no idea whether or not my strain is simply doing its thang or there's something I'm missing. Followed all the guidelines thus far, even gave it a mini greenhouse and a large enough pot.

I wish the UK has an acclimatised land-race, I don't see why not. I've been researching into cannabis, the more I learn the more I'm shocked at how it's still illegal. It's down right ridiculous. Stigma is so strong with the ignorant, arrogant and stubborn. Why are they allowed to dictate peoples lives?

P.S. Thank you for your blessings, and good luck with your grows :)

Most definitely my good pot smoking. Pot growing friend.... But tbh it's much easier to do it indoors. Kits are so cheap now days 1 lay out great satisfying results... Gl.

I would love to do indoors, as I do have seeds spare. However, I don't wish to rack up my electricity bill for grow lights. You know of a cheap way of growing indoors? Would love to look into it. I mainly smoke to relieve me of my depression and anxiety, it's proved to be incredibly effective, better than pharmaceutical drugs. I'd like to keep smoking for as long as it keeps my inner demons away.

I've grown autos inside and had friends grow em outside and in greenhouses. The outdoors and greenhouse plants took about a month longer than the indoor plants. I assume it was less light and lower temps that caused it. Have ya any pics of the plant?

unfortunately no pics yet, and it's gotten dark outside, I'll try and post a pic tomorrow. I am thinking of starting an indoor plant, just want to make sure I get all the equipment right.

Cheapest way to grow indoors is invest in a quality LED light, more lumens for less watts, but ya gotta steer clear of cheap lights
