A hermie crashed the party...

Tonight I was admiring my swollen "false seed pods" and the overall success of my first grow until I realized they where swollen cause they where full of seed!
I accidentally left a single cfl on through the dark period once last week. Could that have been enough to stress one into a inter sex plant? I think one was inter sex from seed.
Also I was only able to spot one male sac that was open on the bottom of the plant. I can find no evidence of anymore. All 3 of my babies are plump with seed.

I don't have a question really, this just fucking sucks! It was going so good! Better luck next time I suppose, peace out untill round #2!

Finish the grow dude, buds with seeds are better than no buds anyday. It always amazes me that people trash seeded buds. Hell, give the shit away, gotta be someone you know who would be eternaly grateful for a free sack, even if they gotta break out the frisbee every time they wanna roll one up.

Oh im finishing, Harvest was scheduled for Friday, gonna take um down tomorrow instead and get them on there way to being done. I just remembered, I used LST on my plants and did really well. Maybe this stressed one enough to cause the change along time ago?

no clue. i had one with bananas right at the end of flowering i noticed.. that one is sticky as fuck and seeded like hell.. some others have few seeds as well.. nothing im worried about just re paint my closet and clean up to get rid of pollen from then bananas

Just don't use the seeds, if it was a hermie those characteristics will be present in the seeds and you will fight hermies forever. Been there, done that.

When I was young it ALL had seeds.. Finish and make hash or something.
