The inner leaves aren't spread out like my 1st grow didn't know if it was bcuz of the strain or I did something wrong

Just transplanted them from solo cups to their 5 gal home today

Give them a few days to adjust to the new home. The cotyledons are yellowing meaning signs to feed. Depending on the medium you are using, you may not need to feed for a few weeks.

Yea the soil already has nutrients in them. If fresh soil, wait a good 2 weeks before using any nutrients. The soil has more then enough for the plant.
