A Lil Help For Tha Homie

Ay whats good all?

I started growing after spending all my free time after work and before on this site reading and getting a good idea on how to grow, i planted my seeds (kush i have got from the cannabis shop) on friday, 3 out of 4 seed geminated, my 3 babies are doin good, i just needed a couple questions answered so i can start a journal and get even more help,

first off, how long until i switch my lights to 18/6?

and how do i transfer them into bigger pots when they get ready to?

its a Ghetto grow in my room, i have 4 60 wat bulbs, for my 3 plants, and soil that my mom uses for her plants, so any and all comments are cool wiit me

i waited about a week before i switched to 18/6

after the get root bound maybe 1.5 weeks-2 weeks

60w, do u mean those 13w cfls? if so i would go and pick up some 26w cool white, maybe 2 per plant for now

as for that soil, when u transplant i would go pick up some Organic Soil, some with no nutes in it. You shouldn't reuse soil when growing pot.....

Fa sho, thanx dog, i'll get sum more lights and start lookin for some better soil

to transfer them just moisten them, not too much water. Turn over and place stem between ur fingers and tap the bottom of the cup, this usually just knocks it right out....before doing this make sure u have another container ready and slightly watered with dirt,,,,,plant dirt ball in middle and cover with dirt until its stable...and water around the stem, at this point i used tooth picks to keep the stem up until it took to the new enviroment.

Well sounds good, and you can start seeds off 18/6 or 24/0.

Might wanna invest in some more lights, get a few
23w (100w equiv.) 6500k daylights and you should be fine.

lol thanks fo the help, that was when i first joined, i was a beginner, haha i know alot more now then i even did then haha,
