Hey people,

my question is... Is it ok for me to trim my plant?
She is 24 days old now and has some rather big leaves cutting off light to the leafs below.
i have already done a bit of lst on her and she is getting bigger by the day.

The max height she can finish of is 1meter, so how big should she be when i flower her off, At the moment she is 1Foot.

thanks for the help people.

well the fan leaves are the ones that absorb the light and turn it into energy for the plant to grow so you shouldnt cut the,try the scrog method,it'll allow full growth, but just outward

Prunning is not necessary, but you're letting your plant get rather large if you keep going beyound 12 inches. Read up on "topping" to contol the height. Or what I would jdo is cut off the lowest set of branches, or the bottom 2 sets. These wont be gettin much light anyway, so you don't need them. Give the plant a couple days recover in veg. Them get those puppies into flowering because they will stretch! Could be more than 24 inches if you flowered right now, so take that into consideration. Try and use a freshly cleaned exacto to make any cuts. Hope this helps.

PS> topping, training, and bending techniques are all on Youtube. This way you could veg for longer, creating a real bush, if that's what you want.

these are good problems to have, plant is now healthy
don't cut. you can bend, lst, train, scrog, but cutting is bad
the lower fans may die off a bit, that's hard to avoid
a 12 inch plant from seed will probably hit 3 feet, if not higher
