I just made a chicken sandwhich with melted swiss on sourdough. I put some onions I just recently picked right onto the cheese as it melted and toasted the sourdough on the grill. I garnished the chicken breast with garlic salt, italian herb, and a bit of fresh ground pepper. And let me tell you folks, that shit was good.
