It's rated at 19dB, there are fans that make less noise for the same airflow (70cfm)

They have a 120mm version as well, I'm not limited to 120mm though, so that makes a difference. The lower the RPM, the less noise it will make. Basically you're looking for a fan that moves air the most efficiently. If you need a 120mm, then set your "bar" at 70cfm, and find the lowest dB rated one for that output. Some fans are sold as 2000rpm, but in order to run at <20dB they are slowed down to 1000-1200rpm. Make sure it will push the 70cfm at whatever speed you can set it at (most are DC 12V, some are PWM).
