"Felons can vote." - Uncle Buck
Individuals convicted of a felony are ineligible to vote while incarcerated, on parole, or on probation. Voting rights are automatically restored two years after the completion of all supervised release (except if convicted of treason). Ex-offenders should re-register to vote.

I knew I'd have to address this.

I told Buck I didn't have the right to vote and he tried calling BS. I was being very specific to myself. In my state, I personally, do not have the right to vote. Since I was only referring to myself, and my specific rights, I left out all other exceptions.

Yes, rights vary from state to state.

Hope this helps clear things up.

Florida is the same = disenfranchised

1/3 of the male black populace in Florida is ineligible to vote.

Still trying to keep the black man down.

Hey, @bearkat42 you need to start a thread on this.

In my case, UncleBuck is correct. When I was on Felony probation in California, I voted just the same as I always have. I think the laws against Felons voting are for certain Felonies only.

My dude told me I can't vote while on probation. That's all I really know. The funny part is, I'm a mail-in voter. They still send me my ballot. I'm not sure how or how well they track any of it. I think if I was on some kind of list then my mail-in ballot wouldn't come to me. I still have my primaries ballot sitting here next to me. I'm not sure what would have happened if I had sent it in.

this is the type of desperation that sets in when your racist orange hero is about 8-10 points down in the polls and fighting for georgia and arizona.
Trump will never win. You're as dumb as Bearcat to even consider him a contender.

I'm a registered 3rd party who doesn't even have the right to vote. I have no dog in this fight. I know that squashes your trolling, sorry.

I like mocking Hillary because I like watching you melt.
sorry, not buying it. you lie way too often for me to lend any credence to any of the shit that drops out of your mouth. sheskunk.

Buck is wrong. Plain and simple.

I am a registered third party felon who is not allowed to vote at this time.

The more Buck refuses to "buy it", and those who follow his lead, the more I laugh.

I like how it all went off on a tangent though. This site never fails in that department.

If they send you a ballot, then you can vote. I believe that the law forbids "violent" Felons from voting. So vote Yes on Prop 64!
