I did a quick bit of research for you and my conclusion is that your answer is NO. However, they do seem to accompany one another (particularly in drug related health issues). Mixing certain drugs like MJ and anti-depressants for example can cause both arrhythmia and hallucinations.

Try a Doctor not a bunch of Pot Heads. Call your Doc he shouldnt charge just to ask questions.
